We are aware that a recent security breach allowed a third party to misuse our platform to send fraudulent and threatening emails. This activity was not authorised by us and does not reflect our company’s practices or values.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we took immediate steps to secure our systems and are actively cooperating with law enforcement to investigate the matter.

If you received one of these emails, please rest assured we are doing everything we can to identify those responsible. You are welcome to report the email to your local authorities and reference this notice as needed.

We sincerely apologise for any distress caused and appreciate your patience as we resolve this issue.

• Do not reply.

• Do not click any links or open attachments.

• Delete the email immediately.

These messages are fraudulent and part of a scam attempt. No action is required on your part beyond deleting the message. Don’t let them waste your time—these emails are typically sent in bulk to thousands of addresses and are not a personal attack on you.
